According to Dr. Peter D'Adamo's new book "The GenoType Diet" the following are recommendations for eating/avoiding beef for six genotypes:

Toxin to limit or avoid for: teacher, warrior

Beef Bone Soups and Broths are

Beef Liver is

Food to emphasize for: hunter, nomad

Neutral for: explorer,

Toxin to limit or avoid for: gatherer, teacher, warrior

Beef Heart is

Food to emphasize for: /

Neutral for: /

Toxin to limit or avoid for: gatherer, teacher, explorer, warrior, nomad

Can be reintroduced after 3-6 months in modest amounts for: hunter

Beef Tongue is

Food to emphasize for: hunter

Neutral for: gatherer, warrior, nomad

Toxin to limit or avoid for: teacher, explorer

Lots of sources keep claiming how every human being could happily and healthy be a vegetarian while anthropological records show proofs against general vegetarianism. However, red meats are not a wise choice for everybody and for those GenoTypes that do thrive on them, they should only use "grass-fed" meat, which is even better than organic and free-range.

Everyone should avoid fatty, steroid, and antibiotic laced beef (and other animal meat), raised in inhumane conditions.
